dc.description.abstractThis work aims to investigate the pedagogical practice in children's education and the professional's performance in coordination, based on the provisions of the National Curriculum Guidelines for Early Childhood Education. In this sense, improving work practices in children's school through reflection will contribute to the construction of the identity of children's education and the pedagogical coordinator's action.
