dc.description.abstract	Information technology has emerged as a tool to optimize all types of service in an organization, streamlining the processing of information, reducing costs, among others. Thus, the objective is to determine how to improve the flow of information between sectors can bring benefits to a public organization. For this purpose, the procedures for carrying out the article characterized as a bibliographical research on existing material available, such as books, journal articles, and Internet sites, among others. It is understood, finally, optimizing the flow of information between the sectors of a public benefit it generates.
