dc.description.abstract | The man inhabit a fragile planet, and through your voracity, it interacts with the environment to
serve your purposes of power , feeding, comfort, safety and consuption. In the whole history, the predominant
civilizations, as rule, conquered and overlook without worrying with the appropriate preservation
of the environmental values, even when threatened in your own extinction.
Nowadays verified that the environmental resources are not inexhaustible and this way it’s inadmissible
that economical activities grow strange to this fact, emerging to principal goal for search
to the survival of the Planet: the harmonic coexistence between the economical development and the
environment.
The environmental law appears as an answer to the need of putting a brake to the environmental
planetary scale deterioration, being the juridical discipline that studies the principles and rules
tendency that can impede the destruction or the deterioration of the elements of the nature. Your essence
is multidisciplinary, involving, into your complexity of doing (legis-home), to execute and to
understand, knowledge that are going a lot besides the juridical technical knowledge.
The reasons why this work presents a Teaching Plan of Environmental Right in the Educational
Process Discipline of higher education, elaborated by a revision of literature, bibliographical
researches and analysis of several teaching plans of Brazilian and foreigners teaching institutions.
Considering the importance of each content and the fact that the curriculum tha the colleges of
law are structured conforming the doctrines of a civilization based on the individualism and consumerism,
became separated the teaching plan in Right Environmental I - it Leaves General and Environmental
Right II - it Leaves Special, subdivided in 06 (six) and 08 (eight) modules, respectively, with
hourly load of 60 horas/aula per semester, as being the best curricular approach seeking to leave of
this individual vision for the collective with the use of the juridical instruments for the solution of the
environmental problems. | |
