dc.description.abstractThis research had as propose to investigate the importance of the affection in the learning and in the school managing, knowing that without affective involvement, that is, interest can not be built without knowledge. The methodological approach of qualitative character had as procedure the bibliographic research, which shows the affection as a basis of development and learning, affection and cognition walk together. In order to have learning the child needs to create affective ties with the object of the knowledge and the subjects of the learning. This way, the school as a whole should be a pleasant place for children. The school managing, and all the involved elements in it, need to be interacting and providing situations of collective construction, exercising mutual respect. According to it, it is necessary to resolve conflicts and relate it in the best possible way. The school managing does not decide anything alone, so the importance of emotional relationships so that everyone can feel good and build knowledge of a significant way and take joint decisions for everybody’s welfare.
