dc.description.abstractIn this qualitative research , case study , we sought to highlight some qualities of teachers committed to their task as educators . To obtain these data, a questionnaire was administered to the teachers in the 3rd year of high school and after 03 class periods of the courses taught by these teachers were observed in order to perform a qualitative assessment of the work of teachers . From the obtained data , it was possible to characterize these teachers as their methodology , ie , its ability as a manager in the classroom , also highlighting their participation in school management . Accordingly, through this research work aimed to show that the teacher has a huge responsibility as educational practices and more specifically the results obtained through the teaching- learning process . Through data analysis , it was found that progressive teachers have adequate performance in relation to the position he holds , since the methodology employed by them are geared to meet the learning needs of students . Therefore , these teachers value the collective tasks , since it is from organized activities and well-defined objectives that the school work shall employ quality.
