dc.description.abstractThe legal fees are not only a consistent remuneration element between customer and constituent because it expresses the symbolic result between client and lawyer. It is the result of a remuneration for work as soon as the prosecutor is made in the records. This study aims to determine the legal nature of the legal fees and how will affect the new Civil Procedure Code. At first, the historical study will address the origins of attorneys' fees, which is extremely important to understand the origin of this remuneration institute. Following, enters is the nerve center of this work, which is the analysis of three types of fees, contractual legal fees, attorney fee and court arbitrated legal fees. After taking advantage of the monographic and historical method makes up the study of major legislative changes, especially as the news brought by the new Civil Procedure Code in section dealing with legal fees.
