dc.description.abstractThis monograph aims to build, in partnership with the school community of the "Happy Childhood School", significant paths capable of contributing to the concretization and effectiveness, in a democratic way, of the Pedagogical Project of this Institution. During this work, the concept of Democratic Management and its challenges in the different school contexts will be approached, challenges related to the construction of the Political Pedagogical Project or Pedagogical Project, the importance of the participation of the school community and the Collegiate Organs in the process of elaboration or updating of these documents as well as in all other strategies related to the success of the teaching-learning process. Concluding with a case study, in which questionnaires were applied to the management team and parents of the school, considering the theories of Libane (2001), Ferreira (2007) and Lima (2013), in favor of the implementation of a Democratic Management by performance and not only by concession.
