dc.description.abstract | The work entitled "Development of Democratic Management in a school State Schools in the city of Cacequi / RS." Aims to investigate and analyze how does the democratic management in a school state schools, analyzing a school in the municipality of Cacequi / RS. The realization of this research sought to identify the factors that influence the school democratic management and in fact it has taken place in public, so that the study of the guiding problem (How democratic management is currently implemented in a school state school system Average Cacequi / RS?) was answered and clarified. The main objective of this study is exactly understand as it is currently developed democratic management in the public school system, taking into account that the current educational scenario of democratic management seeks to develop a participatory management, which is believed to directly affect the quality of education. For this, a qualitative survey was conducted through case study based on direct contact between the researcher and the researched situation, with emphasis on studies of Ludke and Andrew (1986) on the subject. To achieve the proposed aims to initially check and discuss whether it is actually occurring the participation of those involved in the democratic process of the school, investigating and analyzing the view of educators, students and the management team. Therefore, it was necessary to reflect on the position of some scholars on the issue of democratic management in schools will be considered works of Azevedo (2013), Batos (2005), Cury (2002) and Paro (1997) on the management democratic.
