Abstract

The central objective of this study is the analysis of Therapeutic treatment device as promoter of longitudinal care. The research method used is the qualitative investigation of comprehensive nature, in that the case study has proved to be the most appropriate method to establish the path of investigative study. For the completion of this work was necessary to establish a consortium of methodological research during the development - collection of information in a field diary and documentary research from the records in the charts of the two subjects involved in the research. Over the follow-up carried out in this study, it was possible to identify some vulnerabilities and limitations on the accession of the treatment on the part of the subjects in extra hospital. However to analyze the procedures performed, the Therapeutic treatment in addition to device that has guidelines in line with the Psychiatric Reform, can be considered as a tool promoter of longitudinal care.
