The problem of environment from which this study was conducted which investigated
the possibilities and obstacles that people with Down Syndrome have experienced in
the process of inclusion in mainstream and what is the role of the educational
manager. We need to involve the school to understand the act of thinking itself, and
concepts and never discriminate against any subject that is, enforce equality. The
educational manager must be open and at the same time prepared for the challenge
of inclusion, which requires considering closer ties with the family but also the
training of teachers and educators’ acceptance for living with normal people with
special educational needs. It is in harmony with others and theenvironment that the
needs of any human being present. For this reason, it is important to question the
criteria that have been used to distinguish the special needs of common needs,
particulary in the school context. This requires the manager’s educational creativity
and commitment to offering students a quality education, through the adaptation of
language to the level of understanding of children’s direct experience of discovery
and knowledge construction.
