Interpersonal relations happen in various dimensions of day-to-day. At school, this is no different. Where there are many people living together, the amount of conflict also makes great. In the school context, behind the numerous interpersonal relationships is a school management and a manager. Thus, they seek to understand what the role of school management in resolving interpersonal conflicts, for a healthy organizational environment and democratic management. We conducted a qualitative research, and as a research tool and an interview as a way to analyze the data, discourse analysis. The survey was conducted in a State School of Basic Education in the municipality of Santiago / RS, and heard three school management, the school principal, the deputy director and educational coordinator. Thus, it can be seen the influence of interpersonal relationships in the school work environment, and the importance of a democratic school management, which self-respecting the collective participation, so that everyone feels valued, contributing to balanced and healthy relationships and, with that, to a space and a time to own pedagogical work.
