dc.description.abstractThe abstract includes the democratic administration and the perception of Scholar's members concerning about their college presentations in two public schools is located in the district of Santa Maria, of Rio Grande do Sul, during March to July of 2011.In this work we search to know: which are the perception of the members of School Pieces of two public schools, of District of Santa Maria, about Democratic Administration? How has the performance of these members been close to the respective piece of advice? In connection with this actions, this research has as main principle to analise an perception of the school advisers about the democratic administration, as with your action as member of this school. The main principle of the present studies are for representation segment (teachers, employees, students and parents). To present researches if characterizes for being of qualitative character in relation to the rising and analysis of the data, ruled in the writings of Sampieri, Lúcio and Collado (2006), Minayo and Sanches (1993). The collection of data happened through questionnaires with open subjects that were distributed by the researcher to the interviewees, members of File School. The data were analyzed qualitative through the procedure content analysis, described by Bardin (1979). On the point of view of their contributions, this studies supplies important implications for the development of human being actions and practices that seek to enlarge the school movement community's in the participation of masters and in the process of the antecipation of decisions of the schools. On the other hand, it can contribute to the right choice that allow to became true the relevant office that School Files represents, as well as to create conditions for the participation of all the members.
