dc.description.abstractThis paper addresses the situation of ethical values present in the school context in which philosophers of education and educators have essential characteristics the teacher who acts as teacher and / director manager. In this perspective, to analyze the conditions to carry out democratic management and construction of pedagogical political projects from four schools in the municipal Vacaria, consisting of two urban elementary school, a rural elementary school and Early Childhood Education. The testimony of the directors of these schools is present the profile manager, the characteristic of school democracy and through this relationship theory and practice this work is intended to indicate the limits of each and prospects of the school community participation in the study through diagnosis middle school, values and principles revealed in the legal instrument of the PPP, Political Pedagogical Project, with the intention of building effective collective participation with the intention to strengthen the school's social role and be a condition to establish lines of continuing education for educators.
