Abstract

This paper presents the feasibility of a project to implement Enterprise Content Management - ECM, seeking to manage unstructured content and improving business processes. The study was made at FIEP’s system - Federation of Industries of the State of Paraná, specifically in the Coordination of Shared Documents. The methodology used for information managing corporate is call MIKE 2 (Method for an Integrated Knowledge Environment). This method enables a delivery through phases and also allows a flexible and interactive approaches to apply in a management model continue. Expounds on the importance of a consulting to perform a deployment project for ECM and talks about the decisions made to carry out the project. Shows the stages of implementation of the ECM system in FIEP and the way this methodology was applied by the Coordination of Document in the accounting area, fulfilling the archival standards and conducting all phases of document management, with a thought directed to the organization, capture, storage and preservation.
