Possibilidade jurídica de acumulação de adicionais de insalubridade

Abstract

This monograph has been dealing with the problem in existing labor laws, especially the area that includes the unhealthiness, and its implications. Since there is a lack of concern by the State, unions, employers and the health of workers involved in unhealthy environments. Using the method of deductive approach, we propose a legally appropriate measure in order to develop the health system labor. Thus, it is concluded the legal possibility of accumulation of insalubrity additional as a suitable solution to the problem.
