dc.description.abstractThe school cannot ignore the media resources and technology in society. They are embedded in day-to-day of school, teachers and students, and thus, can bring major contributions to the quality of the teaching-learning process. This article presents an analysis of the use of radio media in a state school in the municipality of Restinga Sêca RS by teachers and curriculum area. Teachers completed a questionnaire in which the questions were related to the use of radio media in teaching practice, both in planning their lessons, as tools to assist the process of teaching and learning in the classroom. The results show that the radio medium is well accepted and present in the teaching practice of the teachers interviewed and used to improve, and benefit from the knowledge construction process.
