dc.description.abstractThis work aimed to analyze the contributions of the conception of knowledge of Freire for to school Managing. It approached the school managing according to the Paulo Freire’s books. For such, the bibliographical research of qualitative character was used as metodological option. The school managing when base itself in the liberty and popular education, starts to value on the dialogical action. The liberty education requires the gnosiological relation that consists of the permanent production and communicative variation of knowledge between educator-manager and students, all cognoscents citizens. Communicating around a reality to be known, one expects that the exercise to understand and to express the Freire’s theories legacy for the construction of liberty citizens, in interaction with other also free citizens, makes possible to mean the existence human being. Of this form, the Freire’s contributions for the school managing point out in the participate perspective, therefore the changes occur very quickly and the educator-manager must be prepared for the transformations, acting collectively and democratically. In this aspect of the Freire’s conception, that the school managing if consolidates with an education directed toward the formation of the citizenship, allowing to the citizens, to construct its history, to share knowledge and to transform the society.
