| dc.description.abstract | To evidence the importance of the system of archive for
the qualification in the treatment of the contained enterprise
information in the most diverse supports is the purpose of this
article.
The amount of avaiable information, with the new information
technologies inferred directly in the strategical planning of the
companies whom they had needed to reevaluate and to rethink
the mechanisms to treat and to characterize the volume of
information each bigger time.
New values had been attributed the external variable, and the
maintenance, success and survival of these companies in this
demanding market, competitive and globalized dependent of the speed
of the enterprise actions was each time more that, in turn, they need
to be subsidized of necessary and brought up to date information.
The archive system is presented in this article, and the
archivistical functions that will propitiate the identification,
election, keeps, availability or elimination of the enterprise
information, of current use, intermediate and permanent.
The enterprise actions, the types of information politics,
the archivistical document management and functions will be
boarded with emphasis in the importance of its use for
qualification of the management of the external and internal
information for the diverse enterprise areas. | |
