of a system of Electronic Document Management (EDM) in micro-enterprise delicacy
Restaurant. Indicate the characteristics of the deployment of an electronic system,
advantages, importance, list the institution with the need for its implementation,
means of document conversion, migration, preservation of records with care and why
to deploy and maintain a system to electronically manage business documents, all
with a view to streamline the documentation, leading to savings in time, space and
modernization of the file, according to archival principles. We also emphasize that
this monograph stresses should occur as treatment with the documents that are
presented in digital media, after all you must provide all care to deal with the
documents, regardless of the type of support they have. The documents of the
company today are mostly on paper, arranged in file boxes located inside the office
of the establishment by the computer desk. The file is small, since the restaurant has
been around for a year. However, we visualized deploy an electronic system for
handling the documents, which has seen great advantages, facilities, efficiency, and
with a trend toward modernization and benefit decision-making by their
administrators. But this research is limited in explaining the reasons and advantages
for such a deployment, analyzing the situation concerning the company, purpose of
