Educational games are a new tool for viewing content in the classroom. They are very familiar to the new generations, games transform the student into an active character in the classroom. The main challenge of its use is to find or develop games that are both educational and fun. In order to do so, we analyzed the benefits of using classroom games, building teams for educational game development, and the advantages of developing models to aid in the process of complex tasks. This work brings a proposal of a model to the development of educational games, with the intention of simplify the first contact between the developers and the teacher. This model is based in fundamentals that aim a acessible use for all the knowledge áreas. As a result, we observed the effectiveness and feasibility of implementing this model in a multidisciplinary team. It is expected that the model fosters teachers' interest in creating educational games, and support new researches in this field.
