Gestão educacional em ambiente hospitalar: uma pesquisa de campo no estado do Tocantins

This study aims to know and understand through theoretical and practical subisidies how the educational management can be developed through the foundation and normative documents bases and process / experience in hospital pedagogy in hospital in the State of Tocantins, considering it as non-scholar formal education. As a methodology, it works with a qualitative approach, with exploratory character, using the collection of information the bibliographic, field and documentary search. The information in the field were collected through direct observation, opened interviews and semi-structured questionnaire, with sample composed intentionally by four people linked to the experience of hospital pedagogy in the city of Gurupi, Tocantins, in the University Centre of Gurupi and the Infantile Maternal Hospital of the Gurupi´s Regional Hospital. The information in this survey are organized into four chapters. In the first chapter, it is considered that understand the hospital pedagogy involves understanding the mean of education, to be understood as a right of all, as well as to discuss in relation to the purpose of knowing and understanding the hospital pedagogy as non-scholar formal education, highlighting some ideas and proposals on this pedagogy presented in educational literature and documents of the area. The second chapter treats of hospital pedagogy as a specific area of non-scholar formal education and highlights some of the ideas and proposals on this pedagogy presented in educational literature and documents of the area. The third chapter describes and contextualizes the social and educational historical process to refer to educational management and school management, which includes education and its relationship with society. And the fourth chapter describes the process of management of the Unirg´s Hospital Pedagogy Extension Program and Infantile Maternal Hospital of the Gurupi´s Regional Hospital. As a conclusion the work shows that the hospital pedagogy education is an area that is becoming as important in Brazil, but which still needs to be boarded in the training of pedagogues and thought as public politics.
