Aspectos da integração a um consórcio público

Abstract

Results of extensive searching process of decentralization of public services, the participatory efforts give way to the creation of public consortia, which after several studies, are regulated by Federal Law specific. In response to local demands, several municipalities integrate a public consortium in order to meet their needs jointly. The objective of this work is to identify the characteristics that involve the process of conducting public consortia in view of their managers, which holds great responsibility in the face of Chief Executives of their loved consortium. In order to familiarize the subject, presents a context about the public consortia, which motivated by legislative innovations, changed his legal status and received credits efficient tool federative cooperation. The methodological procedures used in the study were exploratory, qualitative study being conducted interviews. Intended to last part of the study analysis, interpretation of data collected and conclusions, where the collected data, we identified the factors that involve the integration of a public consortium and presented more positive points, factor in decision making of managers.
