dc.description.abstractAs time goes by the Distance Education has been occupying space. Many institutions seek this kind of education by providing financial savings and provide greater number of students per class without requiring physical space. To ensure the quality of teaching in this mode, the Ministry of Education developed benchmarks for institutions can be guided. Among those references, is creating the "Multidisciplinary Team", which will develop the project and make the other processes in the development and implementation of courses. Why play a key role in distance learning, the Multidisciplinary Team should be carefully trained to discharge their role effectively. We observe in this paper that the multidisciplinary team is crucial to the development of courses in distance mode, we can see that even still not a practice that is in all the institutions and their importance is recognized to be adopted as a sine qua non for training courses in distance education mode.
