dc.description.abstractThis article is the result of study from the potential of the Internet inclusion in foreign language classes in public schools. Based on the literature review about the subject, from March 2009 to October of this year, was made a qualitative study with students from the final series of elementary education in a public education institution from the city of Venâncio Aires. Based on observation and evaluation of the teaching and learning process, the inclusion of the Internet as a pedagogical tool proved to be a means of linking language learning to the actions and everyday students relationships in the learning process. You can learn a foreign language in public school, an institution that represents, for most students, the only place of learning a new language. Thus, it is expected that the teaching is incisive and with quality, guaranteeing anybody’s right to integral education so that all can exercise their citizenship and use the knowledge gained as a mechanism of social inclusion.
