dc.description.abstract | This work is characterized by a search conducted with the departments
responsible for coordinating the public schools of Santa Maria (8th Regional
Coordination of Education and Municipal Secretary of Education of Santa Maria),
Pro-Graduate Rectory of the Federal University of Santa Maria (UFSM), and
coordination of the Full Degree Courses of UFSM. The objective was to investigate
and understand as these different instances are organized to treat about the
curricular supervised stages (ECS). The methodology used was qualitative in nature,
and the instruments of collection of data were semi-structured interviews and
documentary analysis. The main boarded authors had been: Libâneo(2005),
Sander(2005), Ferreira(2001), Tardif(2002), Alarcão(1996), Wielewicki(2005),
Pimenta e Lima (2004). In this study we observed that there are no rules / regulations
/ guidelines systematized by the secretariats for schools in the same way by the Pro-
Rectory of the Graduate UFSM for the Full Degree courses. The management of the
ECS in Full Degree courses is given by the responsible professor for the periods of
training and not for the coordination of the courses. The reached results indicate the
need for greater attention to this stage of the initial training of teachers by the
Institutions of Superior Education and the schools, especially in the direction of a
bigger approach between both, so that a joint work is developed and so that the
schools perceive themselves as co-trainer. | |
