dc.description.abstractThe present study is to discuss the design of management in the context of Brazilian education, considering that a new paradigm for the processes of educational administration and school. We present some historical and conceptual aspects of the construction of the current model of education management in their characteristics and principles seeking to differentiate it from the concept of management. The aim of this paper is to discuss the training of teachers in the current context of management of educational processes, since, passing through significant changes in education from this new paradigm. We seek to understand the current debate of teacher training, teaching Brazilian movement, from a discussion of curriculum, historical and conceptual. This study, and on a bibliography of the following is used as a reference Lück (2010), Ribeiro (2010), Rego e Mello (2004), Passos (2007), Moreira (2001) e Drabach e Mousquer (2011). The study conducted herein highlights the need for a new paradigm for teacher training, with emphasis on guiding principles.
