wich we search in this research, investigate community participation in school
decision making. In this context, we analyzed the position of manager in the daily
school and indicate possible interventions of the democratic management before the
obstacles encountered in the field school. This way we suport our research in a
qualitative approach, in which the case study, the participant observation and
systematic literature search and provided subsidies to be able to understand the
social context investigated, as well as the individuals involved in this study. For the
field research we use the semi-structured interviews with oral and written records. In
the dialogue with the subjects studied intertwined with theoretical framework, we saw
that the work of the manager depends on the commitment and know-how "of
teaching of all other participants. It is the task manager propose tasks instigating, and
provocative, while feasible, to promote an expanded view of involvement with the
subjects involved in the school. We need all the trigger, and keep continuing to
arouse the interest and desire of all. | |
