Abstract

This paper discusses important considerations about the Pact for High School Building and its implications for School Management, topic today, this in school organizations, with regard to management education, with an achievement for all. When speaking in PACT, thinking about management with a range of principles, theories and rules governing the matter requiring preparation, culture, learning and knowledge in school management, covering the whole community in decision making, because the important thing is the results positive achieved by the joint effort of all human resources of the school. The PACT talking on manager that supports democracy, ability and worth of each person of the institutional organization, considering the feelings of the people, the cooperation of all involved in the process of teaching and learning can only succeed in strategies that validates. In this literature review of qualitative nature seek to focus on the importance of the Covenant by the strengthening of high school and its implications for democratic management, to improve school focused on teaching and democratic management of human capital. From the foregoing, it is observed that good interpersonal relationship is important as it helps in the construction of the person, falls within the competence of managers who act with the group experience issues, these must benefit from the opportunities to achieve the educational objectives of their projects in colleagues. The PACT in its activities, involves dialogue and exchange of experiences with students, teachers and administrators. The PACT came to the improvement of high school.
