dc.description.abstractThe current research aims the gathering and documentation of software requirements of process of Laboratories System of Management from Tecnology Center (SGLab CT) in Federal University of Santa Maria (UFSM). For this, a research was carry out to know the main functionalities desired for a management software with calibration laboratories and IES tests of Rio Grande do Sul, were identified the five work routines of laboratories of SGLab CT to attending ABNT NBR ISO/IEC 17025 and were modeled the three main business processes. The main results of this research were: (i) identification of 22 important functionalities for a management software that compose five main processes with the participation of eight distinct agents and (ii) the collection and documentation of the requirements of three SGLab CT processes
