dc.description.abstract | This work presents considerations about the relationships established
between the School Supervisor and the Professionls of Education, search as
well as to promote reflections and questionaments in order to resignify and
revaluate the these professionals’ practice, in a more democratic
perspective for a quality education. The theoretical embasement found
sustenance in FREIRE (1996): “placing the ethical responsibility in the exercise of the educational task, establishing possibities of new
relationships between educators and students”; DEMO (1993/2001):
“emphasizing the education continued as main piece of furniture of
socialization of the knowlwdge”; MEDINA (1997): “work of the
Supervisor centered in the teacher’s action”; PERRENOUD (2000):
“reaffirming the school as foramtion space and information through
innovative practices”; LIBÂNEO (1998/2001): “focusing the organization
and the administration as means used for assure the good operation of the
school intitution”; PLACCO (2002) “highlighting the partnership between
Supervisor and teacher for the improvement of the pedagogic work in the
school”; ALARCÃO (2001/2003) “mibilizing the whole community for the
materialzation of the institutional project, wothout never losing the capacity
to decide collectively, involving the different social actors”; among others.
It’s approached the Education and the Social Function of the School, the
Professionals of the Education, the Supervisor’s historical Context through
the times, emphasizing the Supervisor’s function today as indispensable for
doing pedagogic of the teacher close to the student, making possible
changes. This new profile of Supervisor is being gested through the need of
the search of the committed participation of the Professionals of the
Education, seeking a quality education. For so much, this research was
developed with teachers of the State School of Fundamental Teaching
Cônego Ortiz, through a descriptive research, where we detached for this
professional’s importance, which glimmers ways and innovative actions to
highlight, seeking changes in the daily school. | |
