dc.description.abstractThis study aimed to identify which projects the impact of Extension in Adapted Physical Education from NAEEFA (Center for Studies and Support of Adapted Physical Education), in the training of students of Physical Education CEFD / UFSM (Physical Education Center and Sports, Federal University of Santa Maria). To obtain these results, we used a questionnaire with open and closed questions, conducted with caregivers of extension projects of NAEEFA. Given this study concluded that the extension as formative space for teaching provides concrete experiences approaching reality with which the future teacher will act. These experiences generate transformation processes from meaningful learning experiences that are converted to character formation. The transformation is profound, resulting in new ways of looking at the different.
