Importância da gestão educacional na avaliação escolar

Abstract

In democratic school management, the evaluation function is to support the teacher with elements for a continuous reflection on their practice, on the creation of new working tools and the resumption of aspects that should be revised or adjusted recognized for the individual learning process or collective. The evaluation methods occupy undoubtedly relevant space in the set of pedagogical practices applied to teaching and learning. In this sense we can not focus without relating it reviewed the important role of school management and learning as a heap of lifeless things and soon forgotten, thus cluttering the heads of students. The school management in turn, assists in building a planning theory and practice, to ensure that education is made with the highest quality for all, thus allowing the school to fulfill its social function and role of political institutions. The assessment is part of proceso teaching and learning and is currently occupying large space, requiring great technical preparation and observation skills of the professionals involved.
