dc.description.abstractThis paper presents a bibliographical research regarding the concepts of Educommunication, Open Educational Resources and the language of Comics, relating them to the movement of Open and Citizen Education. This paper is intended to suggest the use of Comics as na educational resource of free informational content that can be used for the development of critical readers of mass communication media, besides promoting the values of the communication citizenship. The paper aims to reflect about the potential of Comics as a pedagogical resource in order to qualify the learning process and promote the development of the social and critical autonomy.
