dc.description.abstractThe present study investigates the issue of indiscipline in the school environment and also how the manager works this subject in school. The survey was conducted through case study, a Private School in the town of Santa Maria. Ways have been identified as the management team solves the issue of indiscipline in school and ways teachers seek to resolve this issue in the classroom. Indiscipline is dealt with through dialogue and also the redemption of attitudes, so that the student has awareness of his actions, thereby, the school seeks to hold a Democratic Administration. Therefore, it is believed that the holding of democratic management in schools has a great influence on the education of its students it is through their joint decisions that further development takes place both for school and for the student, thus seeking solutions to the issue of indiscipline in the school environment.
