dc.description.abstract | This paper is an analysis proposal about pedagogical practices adopted by the School Management to involve the community with the school. This is the objective of this analysis. This qualitative research uses a case study and involved a School Management of Esteio city. As methodological procedure were interviewed by the School Management, as well as observations of classroom practices that involved the community with the school. The reflections has confirmed the importance of parents working in partnership with the school and could point out some practices that were relevant will this closer relationship. The role of parents feeling responsible for education is crucial to a quality education. In line with this thinking is that the School Management seeks to act in a democratic manner, enhancing the performance of all. | |
