dc.description.abstractThe monograph work presented here come with the purpose to discuss the inclusion of students with special needs on a Federal Institute, as is orchestrated this ticket and your stay in primary school. And as a way of responding to the problem of research, has as goal to understand what actions to consolidate the rights of inclusion are being held in a Federal Institute Ragamuffin. The data collection instrument is a questionnaire with three issues, in order to examine the entry of students with special needs. The law of guidelines and Bases (LDB 9394/96) guarantees the teaching students with special needs, but often she must be imposed on school, by failure to comply with some rules that are specific to students with special needs. It is up to the teacher and get these paths along with your management and provide the student, an education worthy and compatible with the other students placed in the institution.
