Educação ambiental como sustentáculo da gestão de recursos hídricos no Brasil

Resumen
The overcoming of the environment crisis implies not only on conciliating the economic-social development with the protection of the environment, that is, to guarantee the sustainable development, but, over all, to promote a true change on the civilization’s attitude. Therefore, the ambient education considers approaching the environment with a systemic vision, under the optics of the basic concepts of ecology, creating agents who form the ecological conscience. The ecological conscience, as any another type of conscience, isn’t something that is constructed from one determined moment, but a position cultivated throughout the life that passes for the question of the education and leads to the socialization of the individual. This way, this work has as central objective the study of the influence that the Environment Education has in the Management of the Hydric Resources in direction to make it more efficient, because the same one estimates the participation of the citizen. For the accomplishment of the research the dialectic method of boarding was adopted, from which the displayed subject will be dealt with considering the internal conflicts in it gifts and its interaction with the legal-social phenomenon of practical order in function of which its purpose is inferred.
