Rádio na escola: um meio de formação e informação

Abstract

This paper presents why the Elementary School “18 de Abril” students need to have of an adequate space to develop the capacity of communication and expression with the creation of a radio in the school, contributing to the formation of critical and aware citizens. With this tool we hope that the educational process became more qualified, helping to stimulate the curiosity and the building capacity of the students involved. This article also presents a little bit of the history of the radio fusion in Brazil, the pedagogical use of the radio in the school as a way to contribute in the process of teaching and learning, the results of this paper and also the opinion of the students about this project.
