On this qualitative research, Case Studies, the subjects are seven teachers and four employees of a municipal school of basic education of Humaita City, Rio Grande do Sul. With survey objectified to know the traversed ways in building the Educational Politic Project of the present school, it seeked also to know about scholar community participation in this trajectory, as well as the importance this one has on diary work at school. It is a bibliographic research that brings as guiding line a teorical referential about the relations of this project with the scholar community, expressed by a participative conception of education and society. At this meaning, it concluded that the participative and collective work is extremely important for building the PPP, such only when everybody participates and feel responsible and committed with the same one, we can have a democratic and participative management having the Educational Politic Project as one of the main tools of Scholar Management.
