dc.description.abstractWith the advancement of new technologies, the school environment has been changing gradually, making the virtual environment a tool which added to the other predominant pedagogical actions, aims to achieve potentiate the teaching-learning process. This study addresses issues of new technologies in education as a mean of interaction between student and teacher, and as a way to school inclusion. Using computers, the Internet and virtual communities as a source of development and acquisition of knowledge and the learner autonomy, this research includes a literature review of the main authors who address the issue of digital inclusion as a mean to promote education.
