dc.description.abstractWork is a naturally human activity, the interaction of man with the natural world, with the aim of transforming nature into the goods necessary for its survival. He is the element that makes man live subordinate to capital. Only man is given the possibility to transform society and build a life with more humanity and freedom. This change is possible only with an education aimed more at the humanization of man and less at the capitalist world. It is understood as important the role of the teacher to make this transformation in the context of School Management. The present research of qualitative approach, had as premise the investigation of objective and subjective questions that involve the work of teachers in the educational context. For the analysis of the data, we opted for the content analysis methodology, making use of a bibliographical research about the presented theme, characterizing a research of an explanatory nature. From these data, it was possible to understand the work of the teacher as a driver for the transformation and humanization of human beings, always based on the context of School Management.
