A implementação do projeto pedagógico na educação infantil: reflexões sobre gestão escolar a partir dos seus atores

The research presents the theme of the plurality of learning perception, progress and
challenges, along with the implementation of the pedagogical process (PP), in a
Kindergarten School, in the county of Venâncio Aires/RS. The pedagogical project is
an instrument that has as a principle guide the democracy, the participation, being an
exercise of the democratic school management. It aimed, generally speaking, to
investigate the implementation process of the pedagogical project under the views of
the subjects involved, towards a democratic process. There were five collaborators,
representatives of employees, teachers, parents and principal segments. The
methodology consisted in a case study, with qualitative approach, using
questionnaires to collect the data; the data analysis was held from categorization,
through content analysis. As main results there are lack of involvement and
participation, while building the pedagogical project, however, during the
implementation, the involvement and the participation occur in a more effective way.
We could observe that the subjects reflect on the pedagogical process and their
ways to the implementation, using the principles of school management. It was also
identified that the subjects know the pedagogical process, as their actions to the
implementation, and participate in this process. Therefore, the importance of studies
that seek the reflective analysis of how is being implemented the pedagogical
process in the childhood education level, by the subjects and the failings of
education, within the field of school management.
