Abstract

This article is about the question of strategic planning, aiming to propose a reflection on the future of planning from its context in the past and the present, considering two variants in a more vehement way, the change and the decentralization of power. The ways tracked by the organizations during the years emphasize a gestion of centralization of resources and ideas, and, if there was someone to solve something, this person was on the top of the administration. However, the constant changes challenge this form of management, which is about the structure-strategy and strategy-structure gestion. New ways are being opened in this labyrinth of strategic planning, where each organization must have labyrinth of strategic planning, where each organization must have its own planning. Certainly, not depending on the way to be followed, it depends on the human thinking activity, in all levels of the organization, with no exception, with no exceptions, of the top administration and its employers.
