dc.description.abstractThis work aims to study the case of a student with cognitive deficit and her knowledge construction with the use of Information and Communication Technologies applied to Education and its multiple possibilities while facilitators in the learning process. The student is included in the regular school and also in the Specialized Educational Services, in the multifunctional resource room, where this work occurs. The pedagogical practice is based on the Theory of Multiple Intelligences, developed by Howard Gardner, who presents us the human cognition as plural, with several distinct skills to the resolution of problems and creation of products. Therefore, the various tools proposed by the computer and internet come to favor the skills of the human cognition. This work is also based on Henri Wallon and Rubem Alves, these authors show us the importance of the desire in the learning process. It has been worked with the ICT, through a research project, satisfying the desire of the student as in the way as in the content that has been developed. Lastly, it is analyzed the results of the work relating them with the Multiple intelligences, reporting the advances achieved with the use of the ICT.
