With this research we found that the school environment has significantly increased violence among social actors that are part of the educational context. With a new perspective on conflict resolution, restorative justice develops its actions toward the victim, offender and community. Based on a non-violent communication to pacify and resolve conflicts caused by violence in a community, neighborhood or school. Based on fundamental values such as respect, participation, accountability, empowerment, humility. Having all this in mind, we seek to answer this research the following question: How restorative practices can contribute to the building of peace and humanizing the school environment and its surroundings? The objective of this work is to promote a culture of peace in the school of public education through the theoretical and methodological assumptions of restorative justice as a way of dealing with situations of violence and conflict restoration. Based on this study, we understand that a participative management can pacify the school environment by adopting the principles of Restorative Justice for conflict resolution.
