Proposta de um diagnóstico dos ativos intangíveis em empresas de base tecnológica do setor de energia

Abstract

The technology-based companies in the energy sector stand out for their innovative features and the production of a very important asset for society, energy. Within these companies there are intangible assets, which are increasingly recognized as having great influence in the organization of any type of industry. This paper proposes the development of a diagnosis for the measurement of intangible assets within technology-based companies in the energy sector. For this, an extensive bibliographical survey is carried out with the purpose of collecting information regarding the subjects considered base, being these companies: technology-based companies of the energy sector, competitiveness and intangible assets. According to the greater knowledge acquired on the subject, we obtain contact with managers of technology-based companies in the energy sector of the Central-West region of Rio Grande do Sul, who should assist in the research with their understanding acquired within their companies. Applied a questionnaire to these entrepreneurs, it uses phases of the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) decision-making method, to calculate the performance of the intangibles within the companies of the managers interviewed. The expectation is that the work contributes with a theoretical model capable of advising other companies in the understanding of the relevance of the intangibles and also of their contribution in the industries.
