dc.description.abstract | This study aimed to understand the management at the insertion of Full Time School in a school in the countryside in order to analyse and discuss the organization and the contributions of these programs to teachers, in practices in the teaching learning process and in the lives of students in a rural area school, in the county of Sobradinho/RS. This is a descriptive exploratory qualitative research. Data collection was through a questionnaire administered to the manager/director, teachers and also some school parents. The analysis of information was descriptive, where was found that managers/director/teacher/parents believe that Full Time School is an opportunity given by the school to enjoy it in its entirety. In this sense, the manager/director has a mediating role, which disseminates the ideals of programs that include Full Time School, to interlink all levels of the school community. It is pointed out the program Mais Educação, or other program that contemplates the Full Time only strengthen the ties of learning not only of the school, but the school community as a whole. The manager/director is crucial in this process, in the mediation process between the understanding of parents, teachers but mainly stimulation of students who want to participate in these programs, which in addition to providing diversified activities will also provide learning that address all areas of knowledge. Therefore, it is considered that the school management is the bridge to reach this new educational policy, because through democratic attitudes, dialogue and participation is that you format a new look for the quality education they longed reach. | |
