A cultura organizacional na câmara minicipal de vereadores do município de Dom Pedrito/RS

Resumen
This paper presents the organizational culture of the City Council of the
municipality of Don Pedrito, in the state of Rio Grande do Sul Achieving this was
important because it was never designed a survey with the aim of emphasizing how
culture is important to the performance management in relation to organizational
development of a public organization. The work is divided into the following chapters:
Literature review (organization development, organizational culture, organizational
culture, emergence of culture in organizational context, organizational climate,
components of organizational culture, psychological environment, and basic human
needs, leadership, communication); identification and description of the object under
study, data collection and analysis, which was developed through field research,
where we applied a questionnaire intended to assess the perceptions of employees
with regard to organizational climate and analyze internal factors and external
influencing the functional culture. Obtained results as internal factors such as
professional, organizational structure, compensation, job security, transportation of
employees, work environment, corporate culture and bureaucracy favorably influence
the majority of employees in performing their tasks, unlike the assistance offered not
influence the company employees. While external factors and investment expenses,
family life, financial situation, social life, health, sports team, holiday and leisure for
the majority of respondents also proved favorable, then briefly the factors that
negatively influence the relationship official business are the following: public safety,
politics and economics.
