O projeto pedagógico na EJA: um elemento de transformação?

This research paper has as title "The Pedagogic Project in EJA: a transformation
element?". The research was born from my inquietudes regarding to the new ways
that the Education of Youths and Adults are going through. The study grew through
bibliographical research, where the reading of several authors provided the
theoretical base, giving support for the paper, as well as the accomplishment of field
research in the school of Fundamental Teaching of Education of Youths and Adults
from the municipal district of Marau/RS, where it was studied the following
documents: School regiment and the Pedagogic Project, to understand how it was
built, which people participated in this process, as well as the consultation periodicity
and reconstruction of it. Those elements, which involve the Project were known
through an interview with the pedagogic coordinators, the teachers and the students
of the referred school. As a result of the research, it was noticed that the school built
its Pedagogic Project with partial participation of the involved in the process. It was
still verified that it doesn't use such relevant document in the contest and
transformation process, so that necessary changes happen, reducing, like this, the
inequalities in our society.
