A comunicação interna no gerenciamento de crise da Petrobras

Internal communication is no longer a secondary activity and became a powerful strategic tool in the communication process. The efficiency of an internal communication causes employees to commit to the objectives and goals of the organization, as well as integrate them and keep them informed of everything that happens in your workplace. Internal communication is of great importance in preventing crises and / or the management thereof. It is very important that the organization is prepared strategically at a time when the crisis occurs, so as to be able to solve it quickly. In view of this, this paper studied how Petrobras' internal communication operates in crisis situations. The literature review and interview with an official from the Internal Communication Sector and Petrobras relationship, as well as non-participant observation allowed to infer that the company has some flaws in internal communication. External communication to be prioritized during the crisis causes a shift of information that should be of managers to employees, to focus on the media. Thus, employees are informed of media events by getting the media interest to show and hide what they should.
